To celebrate a 10th anniversary of their debut EP A Universal Plague, tech death metal/deathcore purveyors Abiotic announce the re-release - A Universal Plague: Mutation. This version consists of all 7 original tracks, the re-recorded track "Vermosapien", and a brand new one called "Mutation". The latter, which can be heard below, features Abiotic's former vocalists Dickie Allen and Ray Jimenez.

Abiotic - To Release Third Full Length Next Year
Recently re-emerged technical death metal outfit Abiotic are back in the saddle and proud to announce their third full length instalment, Ikigai. The album will be released on February 12th, 2021 via The Artisan Era. It was engineered, produced, mixed, and mastered by Tony Simone at Zenbeast Media. Vocals were recorded and produced by Nick Loiacono at Fang Studios. Ikigai effort features a half-dozen of guest appearances, including Trevor Strnad (The Black Dahlia Murder), Chaney Crabb (Entheos), Jonathan Carpenter (ex-The Contortionist), Brandon Ellis (The Black Dahlia Murder), Scott Carstairs (Fallujah), and Jared Smith (Archspire).

Abiotic - North American Tour Confirmed
Abiotic, the progressive deathcore/tech death metal band from Miami, is set to release their upcoming new album, Casuistry, on April 21st on Metal Blade Records. In support of the album, the band will be hitting the road starting this April for an extensive North American tour. The band is heading out alongside Boris The Blade, Alterbeast and more. Abiotic - Announce New Drummer
South Florida's Abiotic have a busy summer touring schedule ahead, beginning with an opening slot on The Summer Slaughter Tour in Lake Buena Vista, FL before meeting up with Wretched, Allegaeon, and Rivers Of Nihil for tour dates throughout August. Joining the band as their new drummer will be Aaron Stechauner, who has come in to replace Andres Hurtado.
