23:31 - Zaphod I remember listening to it, but have no idea what it sounded like. So you're probably right, haha.
23:28 - !J.O.O.E.! Yeah, dissonance for the sake of it is a problem. I think that Devouring Star album released this year was the ultimate example of that.
23:26 - Zaphod Oh, right. I also meant that one :P Never listened to their first one.
23:24 - !J.O.O.E.! Oh wait, I mean second Abyssal. First was decent, but didn't blow me away.
23:24 - Zaphod Yeah true, it's become really popular. I usually only appreciate dissonance if it's not dissonant for the sake of being dissonant.
23:21 - !J.O.O.E.! Sabaton? Piss off :P Yeah I loved the first Abyssal, but back then it was pretty fresh. Dissonant Omega Nord seems to find its way into every band right now though, so I'm a bit sick of it. The new Pyramids is an exception though.
23:20 - Zaphod Maybe you should try Sabaton. Also, I thought you loved the first Abyssal. (I actually like the new one better)
