Alkaloid are set to release their new album, entitled Numen, this coming September, but they have issued a statement informing their fans that guitarist Danny Tunker is no longer part of the band, and actually hasn't been for a couple of years. The new album is the product of the remaining four members. Still, there will be one song of his in Numen, and there is no drama behind this decision.

The progressive metallers unveiled a video for the track "Cthulhu" taken from their self-released debut, The Malkuth Grimoire (2015). The sinister clip, featuring the great pyramids, a cobra, and pure darkness, was shot on location in Cairo, Egypt, directed by visionary Egyptian artist Nader Sadek. Enjoy!
