Bruce Dickinson - Re-Issuing Solo Discography On Vinyl

BMG will be reissuing Bruce Dickinson's solo catalogue on vinyl worldwide on 27th October. Bruce's six solo albums span from 1990 to 2005 and have been cut from the original masters for reissue on heavyweight, black 180g vinyl in artworked sleeves. Two of the titles, The Chemical Wedding and Tyranny Of Souls, are being made available for the first time ever on vinyl. The four previously available, Tattooed Millionaire, Balls To Picasso, Skunkworks and Accident Of Birth, have been long out of print, with the latter two titles now expanded to double LPs for optimum sound. As a special bonus, all six albums will also be available in a limited edition Soloworks box.

Bruce Dickinson - Sarajevo Documentary Trailer Online

The official trailer for "Scream For Me Sarajevo", a documentary telling the story of a 1994 concert given by Iron Maiden singer Bruce Dickinson during the siege, can be seen below. "Scream For Me Sarajevo" received its world premiere at the at 22nd edition of the Sarajevo Film Festival, which was held last August in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the film picked up the Special Jury Award, the Human Rights Award and the Audience Award. The documentary is expected to receive a commercial release before the end of 2017.

Bruce Dickinson - To Release Memoir In 2017

Bruce Dickinson, one of the most renowned vocalists in metal and the frontman of Iron Maiden, will soon release his very own memoir. Bruce has recently signed a deal with HarperCollins Nordic for his memoir, which will be released on hardbook, ebook and audiobook in Fall 2017, whilst the paperback version is tentatively scheduled to be released in 2018. The book will be written during Iron Maiden's extensive The Book Of Souls 2016 tour. His book will be a memoir like none other, taking in his thirty years with Maiden, his solo career, the weird and wonderful places and situations he's found himself in, and his recent battle with cancer.

While this day is overshadowed by the death of legendary guitarist/singer B.B. King, there is good news today as well. The Iron Maiden camp is pleased to announce that the doctors have given Bruce Dickinson the all-clear after his cancer treatments. He underwent chemotherapy and radiology to treat a cancerous tumor at the back of his tongue. Now the frontman can't wait to get back in business. However, the band will not be touring or playing any shows until next year, focusing instead on putting the finishing touches to the new Iron Maiden studio album.

Iron Maiden - Update On Bruce Dickinson's Condition

Last month, Iron Maiden shocked fans by announcing that their legendary frontman Bruce Dickinson underwent chemotherapy and radiology to treat a cancerous tumor at the back of his tongue. Now the group's manager Rod Smallwood has released an update. According to Smallwood, Bruce is on the road to recovery and everyone remains optimistic. Iron Maiden's plans will be determined by Bruce's progress. Recently, the heavy metallers drummer Nicko McBrain confirmed in an interview that the band's new album is ready but the launch has been delayed while Bruce Dickinson recovers.

Iron Maiden - Bruce Dickinson Undergoes Cancer Treatment

Iron Maiden surprised fans today with unexpected and worrying news. According to the band, just before Christmas, the band's legendary vocalist Bruce Dickinson visited his doctor for a routine check-up. This led to tests and biopsies which revealed a small cancerous tumour at the back of his tongue. A seven week course of chemotherapy and radiology treatment was completed yesterday. As the tumour was caught in the early stages, the prognosis is extremely good. Hopefully, Bruce Dickinson will win this battle and make a complete recovery.
