Diamond Head - 'Lightning To The Nations' Re-Recorded, New Video Online

Diamond Head debut from 1980 Lightning To The Nations has been re-recorded over several sessions at various locations in last couple of months. With the COVID-19 chaos striking, vocalist Rasmus Bom Andersen worked on the album between April and July, with Brian Tatler's watchful ear inspecting final mixes and tweaks in early August before sending off to mastering at Metropolis Studios. Album will see the light on 20th of November, 2020 via Silver Lining Music.

Diamond Head - Releasing New Album In March

British metal veterans Diamond Head have shared some good news today. The band is finally releasing a new album after a few years. Their latest What's In Your Head? came out in the distant year of 2007. Entitled Diamond Head, this new studio album will feature the new singer Rasmus Bom Andersen. The band parted ways with long-time singer Nick Tart in 2014, as you might remember. Their new self-titled album is dropping on March 11th, 2016.

Diamond Head - Singer Quits

Veterans Diamond Head have lost their singer Nick Tart. He has quit the band after 11 years. The British metallers are already touring with a replacement. He has participated in two albums and guitarist Brian Tatler has no intention of working on a new album, according to him. Nick Tart now has a new band and they are writing material.

Diamond Head - Singer Sits Out North American Tour

Legendary heavy metallers Diamond Head have announced that their singer Nick Tart will sit out their upcoming North American tour. He recently lost his father and as a result of this, Nick will be flying home to Brisbane to be with his family and unfortunately has had to withdraw from the tour in October. In order to maintain their commitment to their fans and the tour, Diamond Head have called upon vocalist Chas West (The Jason Bonham Band, Lynch Mob, 3 Legged Dogg & Tribe Of Gypsies) who has been a long time friend of the band to help out for this tour. NWOBHM veterans Raven will accompany Diamond Head on the shows.

Diamond Head - Former Drummer Robbie France Dead At 52

Former UFO and Diamond Head drummer Robbie France has died, aged 52, after reportedly suffering a ruptured aorta. Diamond Head has made the following statement on the band's official website: "It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of Robbie France on Saturday 14th January. Robbie was the drummer for Diamond Head drummer from 1983 to 1985."

No further details have yet been revealed.
