Having celebrated thirty years since the first time she took the stage this past May with a two-night live concert party in her hometown of Düsseldorf, Doro Pesch will be bringing her career-spanning anniversary tour across the ocean to North America this fall. German metal queen Doro Pesch will celebrate her 30th stage anniversary by performing two special shows on May 2nd and May 3rd, 2014 at CCD-Stadthalle in Düsseldorf, Germany. On big anniversaries, she will traditionally welcome several heroes of the rock and metal scene. Several guests will join her on stage during the concerts, including Hansi Kürsch of Blind Guardian, Miland "Mille" Petrozza of Kreator, and former Accept singer Udo Dirkschneider.
Leisure time does not seem to exist for singer Doro Pesch as she is once again about to face an overwhelming schedule, which has her commute between two worlds: the music business and the movie industry. After vocal recordings in early October in Hamburg, Doro took off to the Swiss mountains this past week to finish working on the sequel of Anuk - Way Of The Warrior, where she is starring in front of director Luke Gasser's camera. Doro will be impersonating warrior Meha, who is fighting dark rivaling hordes with her mountain people in 2,500 BD.

Legendary queen of metal, Doro Pesch, will release Under My Skin: A Fine Selection Of Doro Classics in North America via AFM Records next month. Set for release on August 14th, 2012, the retrospective includes more than 30 tracks spread across two CDs. It was already released in Germany and compiled in close collaboration between AFM Records and Doro herself.

Minnesota-based Metal Promoter Announces First All Female-fronted Metal Festival to Grace the United States' Midwest Featuring Headliner Doro Pesch (Doro/Warlock)
SwordLord Productions will debut the Flight of the Valkyries metal festival on Saturday, June 16, 2007 at Station-4 in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. Doors open at 3:30 pm. The show is 18+. Ticket prices are $20 in advance or $30 on the day of show.
Flight of the Valkyries 2007 will be the United State's only music festival devoted to metal bands with female lead vocalists. Confirmed bands for the 2007 complete festival line-up include headliner, Doro Pesch (Warlock/Doro), and supporting acts, Vainglory, Earthen, Visedon, The Ottoman Empire, Sirens of Titans and Spiritual Decay.
Nick Douglas, the bassist for Doro, has recorded his first solo effort. "Through The Pane" will be released in European shops on November 27 through Painkiller Records. A release party will be held on November 27 at the Hard Rock Cafe in Cologne, Germany beginning at 9:00 p.m.
