09:01 - Apothecary Everything in Enslaved's discog is pretty engaging and high quality if you ask me, they're remarkably consistent. Only one of their full lengths has below an 8 on here, and even then it's a 7.9. That says a lot
08:56 - Stereolab42 The lower-rated Enslaved albums are lower-rated for a reason. Blech. They have crazy-good highs and boring-ass, sleep-inducing lows.
07:27 - Apothecary I might prefer only AOE to Monumension, but I've been listening to the latter a lot over this past weekend, and I'm thinking that may change pretty soon
A mysterious video appeared on Lascaille's Shroud's official page. Even if it doesn't say anything explicit, it is a teaser for the one-man project's next album Intervals 03. Currently, the band is preparing both the power metal experiment Curaga (more info here) and the follow-up to Interval 02: Parallel Infinities - The Abscinded Universe.
Just three months after releasing its latest album, Interval 02: Parallel Infinities - The Abscinded Universe, progressive death metal project Lascaille's Shroud is announcing a new release, named Lascaille's Shroud Presents Curaga. This, however, won't be a conventional release. The music will be focused on the aggressive side of power metal, and the album's theme will be that of video games: "Final Fantasy 7", "Final Fantasy 9", "Metal Gear Solid", "The Witcher", "Bioshock" and "Beyond: Two Souls".
As progressive death metal rising star Lascaille's Shroud's second album Interval 02: Parallel Infinities - The Abscinded Universe is upon us (it will be released on January 28th via Masters Of Metal Records), mastermind Brett Windnagle just unveiled a new track off the album: the 20-minutes-long "War: A Congregation Of Non-Existence", which you can listen to here on Bandcamp.
After a teaser, Lascaille's Shroud mastermind Brett Windnagle just revealed the lyric video for the new song "Awakened: Not Even Revembered By The Dust Of Stars". This is the third track on the band's upcoming release, Interval 02: Parallel Infinities - The Abscinded Universe. You can enjoy the video below. The song is almost ten-minutes long.
While waiting for the sequel to Lascaille's Shroud's progressive space opera to arrive, entitled Interval 02: Parallel Infinities, here's something to enjoy; multi-instrumentalist and the true force behind the band, Brett Windnagle from the US, is now teasing all of us with a sample video, which you can watch below.
American progressive death metal artist Lascaille's Shroud have revealed the rear cover artwork and tracklist for their sophomore opus via Facebook, Interval 02: Parallel Infinities, The Abscinded Universe; apparently this news reporter missed out on the reveal for the cover art earlier this year so I'm going to include it here as well for anybody else who missed out. Mastermind Brett Windnagle has also indicated that he will be revealing the official release date for his next opus some time later this year.
