The death metal powerhouse that is Nile has just premiered a brand new video for their new song "Enduring The Eternal Molestation Of Flame", which actually has a decent title length. The song appears on the band's seventh full-length studio effort, At The Gate Of Sethu, which was released back in June. Jon Simvonis directed the video which you can now enjoy below.
"The Inevitable Degradation Of Flesh", another new song taken from US death metallers Nile's upcoming album At The Gate Of Sethu is now available for streaming via the official webstore of their label Nuclear Blast here. US technical death metallers Nile have revealed the release date of the band's upcoming album titled At The Gate Of Sethu. It will hit stores on July 3rd via Nuclear Blast Records. At The Gate Of Sethu will be their seventh full-length album and was once again produced and mixed by Neil Kernon (Cannibal Corpse, Macabre).
The reigning kings of technical, historically-themed brutality, Nile, are proud to announce they are touring Asia this April/May. This marks the band's first time in these markets and the guys are extremely excited to be playing for their Asian metal brothers. "The whole idea of spreading Nile's music into this part of the world has been a long time coming" commented the band. "We are extremely pleased to go to there and are looking forward to an amazing cultural exchange and experience."
The organizers of Britain's Bloodstock Open Air festival have announced that US death metal outfit Nile and Norwegian black metallers Mayhem are the latest bands to be confirmed for the event, which will take place at Catton Hall, Derbyshire, from August 10th-12th.
US melodic death metal outfit The Black Dahlia Murder will be hitting the road this March marking the band's first headline run of 2012. Joining them will be Nile, Skeletonwitch, and Hour Of Penance. The tour kicks off on March 24th in Grand Rapids, MI, at The Intersection and wraps up on April 20th in Worcester Mass at the New England Metal & Hardcore festival. Tickets for the upcoming tour will go on sale starting this Saturday, January 21st.
Goomba Music has obtained the rights to Nile's Worship The Animal (1994 - The Lost Recordings) which contains thirty five minutes of unreleased music. It will be released worldwide on October 11, 2011.
Worship The Animal features the original line-up that recorded the Nile albums, Amongst the Catacombs of Nephren-Ka and Black Seeds of Vengeance (being Karl Sanders on guitars/ vocals, Chief Spires on bass/vocals and Pete Hammoura on drums/vocals). It contains pre Amongst the Catacombs of Nephren-Ka recorded material.
Worship the Animal (1994 - The Lost Recordings) will be available for digitally and as a collector's edition Digipak.
Nile will return to North America under the moniker Those Whom The Gods Detest Tour II. Joining them on the road are Ex Deo, Psycroptic, Keep Of Kalessin and Pathology.
