And now for some more tour news. The Swedes Amon Amarth will return to North America this fall. This time around, the band will bring fellow Swedes Sabaton along for the ride. Additionally, Skeletonwitch will once again be opening the shows, except in New York where fans will be treated to the first ever, and exclusive North American performance by extreme metal group Vallenfyre.

Ohio blackened thrash metal masters Skeletonwitch are excited to reveal that in addition to their recently announced tour dates throughout Europe alongside Overkill, they will be also heading Down Under for the first time. The band will be touring Australia & New Zealand in April together with US thrashers Toxic Holocaust. All confirmed dates are listed below.

Despite spending most of 2012 on the road in support of their 2011 release Forever Abomination, American metallers Skeletonwitch are not slowing down as the group has announced plans to record their fifth album in April with none other than Kurt Ballou (Converge, Kvelertak, Black Breath) at GodCity Studios in Salem, Massachusetts. Their new album is tentatively scheduled for a late summer/early fall release under Prosthetic Records.
