Following the death of Eddie Van Halen almost exactly a year ago and the announcement that his namesake band Van Halen was finished, frontman David Lee Roth recently told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he is planning to retire, saying that that his upcoming five shows at House of Blues at Mandalay Bay (on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, January 5th, 7th and 8th, 2022) will be his last ever performances, but opted not give an explanation.

The song is taken from BPMD's debut album American Made, which came out last June. Recorded on June 21st, 2013 at the famed Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan, Tokyo Dome Live In Concert includes 23 songs, spanning all seven of the band's albums with Roth. It will be released as a double CD, four-LP set on 180-gram vinyl, and digitally beginning on March 31st, 2015. US hard-rock legends Van Halen have made the official tour 2012 announcement and revealed the February 7th release date for their new album entitled A Different Kind Of Truth during a performance at Café Wha? in New York on January 5th.
The new Van Halen tour with original singer David Lee Roth will kick off on February 18th at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Kool & The Gang has also been announced as a special guest for select tour dates. Tickets for most shows through the end of March go on sale January 14th.
