After revealing the release date of their upcoming opus, Maltese gothic doomsters Weeping Silence have now shared more about Opus IV Oblivion, namely the album artwork and tracklist. The album artwork was designed by Darkgrove (DelainStratovarius, Sirenia, Manowar) and is inspired by the tomb art at the co-cathedral of Malta, laden with meaning and intricately woven with the lyrical theme. The Maltese gothic/doom metal outfit Weeping Silence has signed with Massacre Records recently. Their fourth album will be called Opus IV Oblivion and will be out on the 23rd of October 2015. Furthermore, the band revealed that the mixing of the album is now complete. Opus IV Oblivion is now at Red Room Studio in Germany for mastering.

Doom/gothic metallers Weeping Silence have released a new lyric video for the track "The Search Within" (featuring Anders Jacobsson from Draconian). The song is off the latest album For The Unsung (2012). The band is currently working on their next album and should record the new songs later this year.
Maltese gothic doom metal act Weeping Silence announced that Dario Pace Taliana was named as the band's new male vocalist, who will complement the new female vocalist Diane Camenzuli, who joined the band this past December. The duo replaces former vocalists Rachel & Joseph Grech.
Rachel Grech, who has been Weeping Silence's female vocalist for over a decade has left the band. Rachel has sung on all the band's studio efforts including their most recent work For The Unsung, released last month via Ravenheart Music.

Maltese gothic/doom metallers Weeping Silence have entered the studio again in December 2011 and 2012, this time at Spine Splitter Studio, to record their most recent material, which also features male backing vocals. The album features Anders Jacobsson of Draconian as a guest vocalist, it is being produced by Brett Caldas-Lima at Tower Studios in France and the band plans to release it this year. There are also a number of shows planned for this year.
