Epica - To Tour Europe With Powerwolf

Epica are teaming up with German power metallers Powerwolf for an European co-headline tour in early 2017. This trek will happen in support of the Dutch metallers upcoming album, The Holographic Principle, which will be released on September 30th, 2016. The tour begins in January.

Lonewolf - New Member Introduced

A few days ago, French metallers Lonewolf announced that guitarist Alex Hilbert has left the band for personal reasons even though he recorded their new album with them. Now, the band says they have found his replacement. Guitarist Michael Hellström (also in Elvenstorm) joins in as the new guitarist.

French metallers Lonewolf just announced that guitarist Alex Hilbert has left the band, due to personal reasons. This happens at a time the band's new album, The Heathen Dawn, is about to be released on May 20th, 2016 via Massacre Records.

Chelsea Wolfe - Stream New Single, To Release 7" Vinyl

You might remember that Chelsea Wolfe released the eerie and brilliant Abyss album last year. If you haven't listened to it, you can still discover it on her Bandcamp page. But today you can also listen to a new song, or a B-side rather, from Abyss, to be released on a 7" vinyl. Leatherwolf - Former Members Launch New Band

Former Leatherwolf members, guitarists Carey Howe and Geoff Gayer, have teamed up with solo recording artist Wreck Ignition to form Haunt Of Jackals. The band began to take shape in 2015 after Howe and Gayer decided to launch a modern metal band which clearly showcased some of their newer hardcore metal influences. The duo teamed up with recording artist Wreck to deliver the vocal melodies and grinding verses, and added power drummer Dan Bruette and longtime colleague Pat Guyton (Leatherwolf) on bass.

Sólstafir - To Play At Wolfszeit Festival 2016

Icelandic group Sólstafir are confirmed as the second headliner of Wolfszeit Festival 2016. The festival will take place in Thuringia, Germany from 25th to 27th of August 2016.
