Metal Blade Records recently announced the follow up to 2006′s Dimebag Darrell video memorial set, Dimevision Vol 1: That's The Fun I Have, dubbed Dimevision Vol 2: Roll With It Or Get Rolled Over, another celebration of the legendary guitarist and how he lived his life. The DVD/CD set - which will include more raw footage, gems and classic moments - will hit retailers on November 24th. The set will also include five previously unreleased demos, picked from a vast catalog Dimebag accrued since longtime girlfriend Rita Haney gave him his first 4-track in 1984. Dimebag's personally-written lyrics, dates and notes on those tracks will also be included.

The Dark Element, the collaboration project between Cain's Offering's mastermind and guitarist, Jani Liimatainen, and ex-Nightwish vocalist, Anette Olzon, will release their debut self-titled album on November 10th 2017, and after releasing not less than three songs for the public to enjoy, now they have a new surprise unveiled - a "Making-Of" video, which features both Liimatainen and Olzon, explaining how the process of composing, writing and collaborating in the album went. This video also premiered "The Ghost And The Reaper", a fourth track off the album. The video was shot in Patric Ullaeus' studio, where the music video of "My Sweet Mystery" and one another, yet unpublished, music video were filmed.

The band decided to re-record the material because their early albums were not available anymore but a reissue was not possible due to legal reasons. Sadly, American death metal veterans Vital Remains have informed via Facebook that the band's former vocalist Scott Wily has died. He was in the band from 2008-2012. No cause of death has been announced so far. Rest in peace.
