Immolation - To Tour Europe In September

New York-based death metal veterans Immolation have recently confirmed a string of tour dates across Europe, scheduled for this coming September. The band will be touring in support of their latest full-length, Atonement, released back in February. Support on the road will come from Melechesh and Azarath. Mastodon - Unveil New Audio/Visual Clip

As you might know, Mastodon have released a new album this year, Emperor Of Sand, and next month they will embark on a North American tour to support it. As they gear up to get back on the road, the metallers have also unveiled an audio/visual clip of "Streambreather", taken from the current record. The trippy visual was created by Aaron Hymes.

Slipknot - Share Clip From 'Day Of The Gusano' Documentary

Panzer (GER) - Releasing New Album In October

Witherfall - Join Century Media

U.S. epic progressive metal rising force Witherfall have signed a worldwide deal with Century Media. Their debut album, Nocturnes And Requiems, was self-released by the band in the USA but will see its European release on October 6th 2017 as a limited CD digipak version with three stickers, a noble LP version with gatefold sleeve, inlay, poster and CD as well as digital download/stream.

Sons Of Apollo - Mike Portnoy And Derek Sherinian Reunite In New Band

There is a new band in town and it reunites two former Dream Theater alumni. Sons Of Apollo is a new supergroup named after the ancient Greek and Roman God of music and poetry. For the past few months, rumours have been circulating about a new secret project including former Dream Theater members, drummer Mike Portnoy and keyboardist Derek Sherinian. Reuniting to form Sons Of Apollo, Portnoy and Sherinian have joined forces with Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal (ex-Guns N' Roses), Billy Sheehan (The Winery Dogs, Mr. Big, David Lee Roth) and Jeff Scott Soto (ex-Journey, ex-Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force).

Primus - Announce New Album

Primus has announced a new album, The Desaturating Seven, to be released September 29th via ATO, and have released a new track. This is the first Primus album since 1995 to feature the classic lineup of Les Claypool, Larry LeLonde, and Tim Alexander. Arch Enemy - To Tour With Wintersun And Tribulation

Melodic metal masters Arch Enemy are gearing up to embark on their headlining international Will To Power Tour this fall in support of their highly anticipated new release, Will To Power, out September 8th via Century Media Records. The first leg of the tour will trek across Eastern Europe from September 15th until October 11th with support act Jinjer. The band is excited to announce the second round of dates for this tour will take place in early 2018 from January 12th until February 7th across Western Europe and feature support from Wintersun, Tribulation and Jinjer.

Leaves' Eyes - Begin Recording New Album

Following last year's big changes in Leaves' Eyes with original singer Liv Kristine out of the band, the metallers welcomed vocalist Elina Siirala to their ranks and released the EP Fires In The North. A new chapter now begins as the band is recording their upcoming new album and successor to King Of Kings. For now, the drum recordings are done. Stay tuned for more details in the near future.
