The mishap happened when part of a stick that broke off of his snare shot up and hit him in the mouth. Sounds painful! The band has asked Whitechapel drummer Ben Harclerode to play in his stead while Costa recovers and undergoes a small procedure.

The Swedish heavy/doom metal outfit Noctum recently confirmed that they will enter the studio later this month to record a 7" for a vinyl and digital release through Metal Blade Records in August, followed by the Fly By Night tour with Steelwing. In other news, guitarist Daniel Johansson has decided to leave Noctum. Christoffer Löfgren (Blade) will now serve as the new guitar player of the band. Christoffer joined the band on their previous tour, and earned his place in their lineup.
