Thrashless - Unveil New Album Artwork And Tracklist

Estonian thrash metallers Thrashless have recently revealed the album artwork and tracklist for their upcoming third album, which will be entitled Cult Of Fear. The album will be available as a CD and also on vinyl and will be released early next year. According to the band, the album is "filled with songs about death, hatred and fear - about everything that mankind is trying to destroy itself with and probably will!" Check out the cover below.

Arch Enemy - Announce Jeff Loomis As New Guitarist

Hang on to your hat! Sorry for the double Arch Enemy news today but the band just announced that guitar virtuoso Jeff Loomis (ex-Nevermore) will be joining their ranks for their upcoming European tour which kicks off on November 26th, as well as all future tours in 2015. What? Yes, it's happening apparently. The band didn't really reveal what happened with Nick Cordle and why he left.

Serious Black - New Supergroup Releasing Debut In January

Have you ever heard of Serious Black? They are a new melodic metal supergroup that features some long-standing veterans in the scene, such as guitarist Roland Grapow (Masterplan, ex-Helloween) and drummer Thomen Stauch (Savage Circus, ex-Blind Guardian). Bassist Mario Lochert (Emergency Gate), keyboardist Jan Vacik (ex-Dreamscape) and guitarist Dominik Sebastian (Edenbridge) together with their sixth member, singer Urban Breed (ex-Tad Morose), have created a debut album, As Daylight Breaks, that will be released on January 16th via AFM Records. Malice - Guitarist Mick Zane Diagnosed With Brain Tumor

According to Michael Fischer of KNAC.com, Mick Zane, lead guitarist and founding member of the 1980s heavy metal band Malice, will reportedly undergo brain surgery today after he was diagnosed with a small brain tumor. Mick Zane, who has yet to find out if his tumor is malignant or not, has been in the studio writing and recording material for his first ever solo album. The project, which was set to feature some guest players on various tracks, has been put on hold.

Last Minute To Jaffna - Join Argonauta Records, New Album Coming

Post-metallers Last Minute To Jaffna have joined the Argonauta Records roster. Born in Torino (Italy) in 2005, the band released their first EP in 2006. With their 2008 debut album Volume I, they marked a better refinement of their own music style, also touring intensively throughout Europe, even opening for Isis at Torino's main independent festival. Now, the new album Volume II is set to be released in the beginning of 2015. It was recorded and mixed by Lorenzo Stecconi (Ufomammut) and mastered by Collin Jordan (Yob, Corrections House, Minsk).

The work is happening where he recorded the White Zombie album Astro Creep: 2000 - Songs Of Love, Destruction And Other Synthetic Delusions Of The Electric Head in 1994. The new album is expected to drop in 2015.
