Arch Enemy - Announce 7" Split With Kreator

This October/November, melodic death metal heavyweights Arch Enemy will be returning to North American soil to tour in support of their new, critically acclaimed album, War Eternal. To celebrate this headlining trek, the band will be releasing a split 7" with Kreator, who are direct support on the run. Available starting at the Baltimore show on October 23rd, you can purchase this exclusive transparent red 7" (limited to 500 copies) at the merch table; a dark red 7" (limited to 500 copies) will also be available on their European tour, which sees Arch Enemy as direct support to Kreator.

Arch Enemy - To Headline North American Tour With Kreator

Earlier this week, Swedes Arch Enemy unleashed their new album, War Eternal, across the globe. To kick-off the War Eternal campaign, the band launched an extensive European tour, which is currently underway through the rest of the year. In addition to these dates, Arch Enemy will also make their much-anticipated return to North American soil this October/November, where they will be co-headlining together with Kreator. Supporting them on the road will be Huntress and Starkill. This headlining trek will be the band's first tour in the States/Canada since 2011, and the first one to feature new members: vocalist Alissa White-Gluz and guitarist Nick Cordle.

Arch Enemy - Vocalist Broke A Rib, Continues Performing

During a recent show on the band's European tour, Arch Enemy vocalist Alissa White-Gluz (who's still a new addition to the band) actually jumped so hard on stage that she broke her riser into pieces and broke a rib in the fall. However, she has been a trooper and continued with the tour. Arch Enemy already finished the first 10 shows and crowds have been welcoming Alissa on her debut tour with the band.

Kreator - Tour With Arch Enemy, Vader And Sodom

Four metal heavyweights are coming together for what could be one of the best tour packages of the year. Kreator just announced a huge European tour for November/December 2014. Joining headliners Kreator for the upcoming live shows are Polish label mates Vader (releasing Tibi Et Igni on May 30th), Swedish metallers Arch Enemy (releasing War Eternal on June 9th) and German thrash veterans Sodom. Arch Enemy - Angela Gossow Leaves, Announce New Singer

Plot twist! April Fools'? It appears not. Surprising news arrive now from the Arch Enemy camp as it's been revealed that Angela Gossow has left the band. The announcement will come as a huge shock to many fans given that they recently announced their new album, and though Angela will be staying on with the band in a managerial capacity, she is officially stepping down as singer after 13 years and six albums. Replacing her in the AE fold will be none other than ex-The Agonist Alissa White-Gluz.

Arch Enemy - Unveil First Details About New Album

If you can't wait any longer to know something about Arch Enemy's new album, today is your lucky day. The first details about the follow-up to Khaos Legions have been unleashed. Three years later, the Swedish metallers have already started mixing their 9th studio album with Jens Bogren (Opeth, Paradise Lost, Kreator) at Fascination Street in Sweden. Arch Enemy - Cancel Festival Dates For This Summer

It seems like we won't be seeing a lot of Arch Enemy this year. The group has been forced to cancel all their European festival appearances including their Wacken Open Air performance. The reason for the cancellation seems to be due to family matters but the band promises to try to reschedule the festival appearances and continue work on their upcoming DVD and next album.
