As announced by their label EarMUSIC, Finnish power metal legends Stratovarius are going to reissue their 2003 albums Elements Part I and Elements Part II in a compilation, predictably named Elements Part I & II - Complete Edition, on December 5th, 2014.
After releasing their latest album Kaptein Kaos nearly six months ago, Trollfest are now unveiling the second video off the album. As you'll probably already know, the man behind Ayreon, Arjen Anthony Lucassen, is now busy with a new project involving singer Anneke Van Giersbergen, about which you can read more here. The most recent news about it is that the name for the band has now been revealed, and it is The Gentle Storm. Moreover, it seems like Anneke will play live with the band next year, while Arjen, judging by his replies to his fans' Facebook comments, won't, as he "stopped playing live a long time ago."
US power metallers Judicator recently successfully completed their Indiegogo campaign to fund their upcoming release, At The Expense Of Humanity. Included in the campaign was also the intention of using part of the money to pay an artist to replace the previously released album cover, and today the new artwork, realized by Austin Bentley, has been revealed. The new HammerFall album, (r)Evolution, will be released on August 27th in Sweden, August 29th in Europe, September 1st in the UK and September 2nd in the US while its first single "Bushido" will be released on July 18th on a limited vinyl edition, as well as digitally. Following the success of their latest album Empire Of The Undead, Gamma Ray are releasing four new digital EPs via earMUSIC. Each of them will contain a song off the album and a live track, and every EP will feature a different band member on the cover. Two of them, Avalon and Time For Deliverance, have already been released on May 30th, while Pale Rider is released today, June 13th, and I Will Return will hit the digital stores on June 27th. Seems like we'll have to wait a little longer for the next Luca Turilli's Rhapsody album, since Prometheus - Symphonia Ignis Divinus has been postponed some months. The decision was made by the band and the label, Nuclear Blast, in order to showcase better what, according to Markus Wosgien, Nuclear Blast's head of promotion, is going to be "nothing else than a real masterpiece."

Symphonic metallers Teodasia are undergoing a big change in their line-up, as vocalist Giulia Rubino, who joined the band in 2013, guitarist Fabio Compagno and keyboardist Michele Munari are no longer in the group. They will soon be replaced.
Within Temptation just announced a new EP for another song off their newest album Hydra, "And We Run", featuring Xzibit. The And We Run EP has recently been released, and includes several alternative mixes of "And We Run" and a brand new unreleased demo song, "Living On Fire".
