Eisbrecher - New Album Coming Up

The following message was posted by band:

"Eisbrecher have reached the finale hot phase of their topically record production. One and a half years after the successful publication from "Antikörper" with the stage hit "Vergissmeinnicht" their next strike will be called "Sünde":

The third Eisbrecher-Album will be released on 26th of August (in America - Germany 22nd of August). Until then the single "Kann Denn Liebe Sünde Sein" (11th July, 2008 only Germany) will give an exititing foretaste to the upcoming album!

Alexx and Pix promise a sombre-coloured dance of dark-rocking ice-pearls to their fans: Album III will be the darkest and hardest album so far. Faithful to the motto: Filigree-but-through-breaking! Hard but however warmly!

For the Warm-Up there will be a few festival-shows this summer like Amphi- (Köln) and M'era Luna Festival (Hildesheim) or Rock-Harz. The routing for the Sünder-Tour in September 2008 in Germany, Austria and Swiss are concluded!

Alexx: We finally wanted to dedicate an album to the engine an machination of all human existence. Our fetish is called "Sin": Our texts deal exclusively with sinful activities, our music is sinful good, we are sinful beautyful and sexy, the album will be sinful expensive and definitively worth a sin."

Crystalic - Vocalist Leaves, New Announced

Finnish metallers Crystalic have posted the following update :

Jarno's statement:
"It's time to go ahead. I have to leave Crystalic because my heart isn't 100% in the band anymore. I've always been a singer/songwriter and I want to continue my own musical journey. That means composing my own music from now on (as it was before Crystalic). I wish Toni and the rest of the band great future on their career."

Band announcement:
"On the same breath we'd like to announce the addition of Matti Auerkallio (ex-Farmakon, Foxy Flammable, Avenie, Duality) as Crystalic's new singer/frontman. Matti is a really talented multi-instrumentalist and he growls like a demon and sings like an angel! So expect some clean vocals on our next album. The recordings are scheduled for the next fall."

Forest Of Shadows - New Release Details

Forest Of Shadows mainman Niclas Frohagen has posted the following message on the band's website:

"Since the album is still under production this page will deal with its progress rather than the information of the final product. The final recording sessions were recently finished and right now I'm in the process of cutting, mixing and arranging the final parts to bring the songs together. After that I will enter pre mastering. As it is right now I don't know if the album will be mastered by me or by a professional. That's all up the label to decide. Since the songs are nearing completion I might consider releasing some teaser samples here and on the myspace page. Stay tuned for that."

"Six Waves Of Woe" tracklist :

01. Submission
02. Selfdestructive
03. Detached
04. Moments In Solitude
05. Pernicious
06. Deprived

A release date has not yet been announced.
