Kypck - New Album Details, New Songs Online

Doom metallers Kypck have recently revealed the cover artwork that will grace their new album. The band's third album Imena Na Stene (which translates to "The Names On The Wall") will be released on March 21st, 2014 via Ranka Kustannus as a luxurious 6-panel digipak, including a 16-page booklet with Cyrillic Russian lyrics and English translations. The cover art is based on Petri Laurell's photographs shot in the ghost town of Pripyat, Ukraine next to what used to be the nuclear power plant of Chernobyl. Check it out below where you also find two new songs to stream: "Imya Na Stene" and "Deti Birkenau".

Allegaeon - Enter The Studio

The follow-up to Formshifter is taking shape. The tech death metallers Allegaeon have entered the studio and once again returned to Flatline Audio with producer Dave Otero (Cattle Decapitation, Cephalic Carnage). This is the third time the band has worked with Otero, who previously worked with the band for their self-titled EP, and their Metal Blade debut, Fragments Of Form And Function. New music and art will be made available as they are finalized, and fans can keep up with the band's updates from the studio on their Facebook page.

Despised Icon - Announce Reunion Shows

The Canadians Despised Icon called it quits back in 2010 but the deathcore group is doing some reunion shows this spring. While no album or full tour is planned, the members of the group are just happy to be back on stage performing together. A video message was also filmed for the fans and can be seen below.
