Québec City, Quebec, Canada-based metallers Blinded By Faith have issued the following update on their MySpace blog:
"Good news! Blinded By Faith will soon enter the studio to record three new songs ("The Pace Of The Race", "Dead End" and "Drastic Medicine").
With this demo, the band will try to catch the attention of international labels that could push the band further.
During the process, the band will work with Antoine Baril (ex-Augury drummer), Yannick St-Amand (who recorded Despised Icon and Beneath The Massacre, just to name a few) and Pierre Rémillard (Anonymus, Misery Index, Martyr...). We will keep you updated!"

The song titles sound typical of them, imo. Political and critical towards society, especially capitalism. This band has brilliant lyrics.
Let's just hope the music will be as good as before after the line-up changes.
At least they don't seem to jump in the Pagan/Viking/Folk Metal wagon like Profugus Mortis did. |
