21:15 - Lit. Devin Townsend's Kingdom was pretty damn good compared to the original.
21:05 - ScreamingSteelUS Generally, re-recordings aren't a great idea, but some bands do it properly. Sabaton's re-recording of "7734" for the new album, for example, was not only justified but overwhelmingly successful.
20:55 - Hex_Omega And CoF re-recordings on Bitter Suites To Succubi are an absolute abomination.
20:51 - Hex_Omega On Stormblast2005 there are only two songs which sounds better than on original Stormblast. Når Sjelen Hentes Til Helvete and Dodsferd. They could re-record them and put on EP like on Godless Savage Garden.
20:48 - Maco To be honest. The idea of re-recording a classic is not really amazing either. Especially if it is an album like S.U.I.Z.I.D.
20:47 - Gothmog_Motsham Let's see where this one will be going. The album's title and cover got me excited for some reason.
Looks like the Final Fantasy Soundtrack.
But yes a wicked sound.

Wow...I can't believe how good it is. Ever since they lost their vocalist, I was a little worried. This sounds like it is getting back to Idolator kind of sounds with just a little bit of Mozaiq and maybe a few segments of Noumena-like female vocals tossed in the mix. I always liked Idolator better, anyway, so this suits me as a metal fan. I have a feeling this album will be very high on the end of year list I compile.
