Cradle Of Filth - Mini-Album Tracklist Revealed


UK extreme metal band Cradle Of Filth revealed the track list for the band's upcoming mini-album and DVD entitled, Evermore Darkly…. The album will be available via Peaceville Records on October 17th (Europe) and Nuclear Blast USA on October 18, 2011 (North America).

The mini-album features the brand-new track "Thank Your Lucky Stars", plus a remix of "Forgive Me Father", courtesy of Rob Caggiano from Anthrax, an extended rendition of "Lilith Immaculate", as well as demo versions of three songs from Darkly, Darkly, Venus Aversa. The final track is a teaser from the band's forthcoming orchestral project, a rework of "Summer Dying Fast".

Poor "Summer Dying Fast". T'was already destroyed in 2001 and now another mangling is set to happen? Leave it alone, you monsters! It didn't do anything to deserve this!!!

Why don't they do a Remastered edition of their debut album? I love it, but JESUS! it really is hard to listen to

Ha, i wish they would just leave they old material - 3 first albums - alone, and never remaster, orchestrate or play it live again, it will never be as good as it is...

I think, if these guys mix their new stuff with the style of the old stuff (first records, not the demos) and Dani can keep his voice down... well, I think then we'd have a pretty sweet record.
