20:52 - Starchild I'm also in the middle of the album now hehe, sounds pretty good so far.... and now playing 'what only you know', what an awesome song!
20:48 - Big E I got thru about half of the new construct album.. need a break
20:38 - MechanisT @Blue Platypus: Heard Construct yet? If so, how do you find it?
20:37 - Blue Platypus I agree with you MechanisT, The Minds'I is by far their weakest album imo... But We Are The Void didn't impressed me. And the rest is either good, or great (The Gallery and Damage Done) ;)
20:35 - scapeplan I've only ever liked a few songs from The Gallery.
20:27 - MechanisT I personally found The Mind's I to be the weakest and by quite a distance. We Are The Void wasn't that great for me but Construct is slightly better.
Finnish melodic death/doom metal band Swallow The Sun are currently in the studio recording their next album, the follow-up to the 2009 release New Moon.
The band has issued the following statement on their official website: "During the well deserved break we took from shows this year we've been preparing new music, and now we are happy to announce that we have entered Drumforest Studios at Viitasaari to record our fifth full length album, which will be released February 1st 2012 by Spinefarm Records."
"Drumforest Studios is an atmospheric studio built in an old school middle of Finland in Viitasaari. It's the perfect environment for the legendary sound engineer Mikko Karmila to capture our signature sound. Mikko is well known in the metal world for his work with such names as Nightwish, Sentenced, Amorphis and Children Of Bodom, just to name a few, and we're very happy to work with him."
