Bilocate - Jens Bogren To Mix And Master The Upcoming Album

The Jordanian dark oriental metal band Bilocate is currently mixing their new album at Fascination Street Studios in Sweden, with sound engineer Jens Bogren (Opeth, Katatonia, Bloodbath, Amon Amarth, Symphony X, Paradise Lost).

Ramzi Essayed finished recording the vocals for the new CD earlier this month at the In The Mix studios (Dubai - UAE) with Nash Planojevic, who is known for his work as a monitor engineer for Iron Maiden and Saxon.

Nash commented: "And once and again, after we tested all available vocal microphones at In The Mix studios we came to conclusion that "Neuman" is definitely Ramzi's best fit! Another great album from Bilocate, great time spent together and a real pleasure producing vocal tracks for the band that already belongs to the super-league of the Death Metal scene!"

The guitars were recorded in Amman, Jordan and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, by guitarists Rami Haikal and Baha Farah respectively. The bass was recorded at Horned Helmet Productions (HHP, Amman - Jordan) by Hani Abbadi with long time friend, sound engineer and musician Muhannad Bursheh. The keyboards and synth were recorded and drums digitization was arranged by Waseem EsSayed in Amman, Jordan.

The upcoming album will feature the metal icon Dan Swanö (Edge Of Sanity, Nightingale, Bloodbath, Odyssey, Pan.thy.monium) as a guest vocalist on two tracks.

Iron Nostarion
Maiden Whore
That's great to hear. I'm very proud of these guys!
To their tombs the people are immured,
There is their gold, treasure and wealth,
The only condition is to ignore them,
Those who feed on corruption and weave death
