Jeff Loomis - New Song Online

"Surrender", a brand new song from American guitarist Jeff Loomis has premiered exclusively and is currently streaming online at Decibel Magazine. The song is taken from Jeff Loomis' second solo album titled Plains Of Oblivion, due out on April 9th in Europe and one day later in the US via Century Media, and it features Vegard Sverre "Ihsahn" Tveitan on vocals. I would imagine it would be hard to find someone that disagrees. lol

Doesn't seem to be a whole lot of outside-of-the-box from what I've heard so far, but very very solid stuff. I will definitely be checking this out.

A master of black metal? I disagree. I think he's left his mark there and he's making a name for himself in the avant-garde realms now, but I wouldn't call him a master of anything yet.
