||US thrash metallers Municipal Waste have announced the release of an exclusive seven-inch EP through Scion A/V. The EP is currently streaming at this location. The band posted the following on their Facebook page: "Scion A/V Metal has partnered with Municipal Waste to release a limited edition 7". It will include the 'non radio-friendly' version of the song "Repossession" from the band's new album The Fatal Feast plus two re-recorded tracks from deep in the band's discography. The tracks are available today as digital downloads at http://www.scionav.com/municipalwaste."
Guitarist Ryan Waste provides details: "The tracks 'Garbage Stomp' and 'Poser Disposer' are from 2002 and were previously recorded for our 2nd release ever: a split 12" with Crucial Unit which is now out of print. We finally re-recorded them with Dave Witte on drums. 'Garbage Stomp' is the intro - which we're bringing back on [our upcoming] tour."
Scion Audio/Visual is providing the 7" in limited blue vinyl as part of Nuclear Blast USA's super limited edition pre-order bundle for The Fatal Feast LP, which features a pop-up gatefold. Only 500 copies are available at: http://media.nuclearblast.de/bands/Splash/municipalwaste/index.html.
