"Twelve - Vals For The Legions", a brand-new track from US melodic tech-death metallers Allegaeon can now be streamed on MetalSucks.
Another new track, entitled "Iconic Images", can be streamed in the YouTube-video located below.
"Twelve - Vals For The Legions" and "Iconic Images" comes off the band's upcoming album Formshifter, due out on May 8th via Metal Blade Records. More details were previously reported here.

I disagree. The big difference between Allegaeon and a lot of other tech-death bands out there is that they actually focus on the musicality and songwriting, rather than just pasting frenetic riffs together. Go out and look for any reviews for Formshifter out there, they all pretty much say the same thing.
Also, I doubt Allegaeon will be going over to Nuclear Blast any time soon. |
