.....stop....somebody stop relapse.
Stop a record company from releasing rare material that's extremely difficult to find in prime condition for fans of the most influencial bands in metal (or at least the frontman's earlier band) to collect in various ways such as limited edition/vinyl/CD so they can further complete the collection of their favorite band/artist?
You're right. The bastards must be stopped. |

I'm always against useless re-releases and remasters and crap like that, but you're right in this instance. This is anything but unnecessary, and a very smart move by the label. Win-win situation here. Fans get rare material, label makes money. |

I'm really excited about this release. I'm also really glad that they cleaned up the production on the demos. I remember listening to mp3 rips of these demos way back in 2006-2007 (somewhere around there, I can't remember exactly) and the production was so bad it was almost unlistenable. |

I couldn't agree more with this.
I can only imagine what it must have been like hearing those demos when they first made the rounds in the undergound tape trading scene... |

I imagine more than a few minds were blown. Obviously nowadays the material doesn't have the same weight but back then I bet it just felt like getting hit by a truck. |

This doesn't seem too different than those Zero Tolerance albums. But even back then I didn't really find it bad. |

I think that cost Dr. Dre something like 10 million or something ridiculous... don't think that's in the cards for Chuck lol. |

i think it was less than that, and a huge portion of the sunk cost going in to initial development. i imagine it is easier to replicate moving forward.
but yeah, still out of a measly DM band's budget. Just had to go there as Chuck shit is showing up like Tupac... unearthing rare songs, unreleased songs, rehearsals, what-not and marketing the shit out of them. a holo Chuckleganger on stage with the band seemed a humorous next step. |

I went to a CNN and it said 10million then another source talks to the company that made it and they said 100k-400k so meh, who knows lol.
Haha yeah, I knew what you were getting at I was just being ridiculous. I think all the 2Pac releases have finally ceased at least...hopefully the Death ones follow suit. |

It doesn't say that anywhere in the news article. And I doubt they could even clean it up. And thank God if they don't. |

Give it a few Wackens or Hellfests and holo-Chuck'll make his imminent appearance. |
