04:49 - Redn1ght Closest thing to death I've felt was when I had to do some badass-level ab workouts in TKD class. xD (I wasn't as fit back then.)
04:44 - Dima We did it for an 1hr straight. Team ran a square route in a 2 line formation. The 2 people at the front would sprind around the square to reach the back of the line. It was closest thing to death i've felt but worth it big time
04:42 - Dima That's what we did for football training. We got fit abnormally quickly. Though, you likelywon't last as long as you could because you don't have a coach getting ready to let his lungs off at you if you quit.
04:36 - Redn1ght Something like what I was implying, short laps equivalent of that length. It's only good for endurance once you got basics down. :P
04:35 - Dima jogging on its own is pretty gheeyyy imo. Based on my expereience, sprint jog interval training is much more beneficial.
04:28 - Redn1ght What I've found is that doing it in short sets gets better result than long ones, like not 1 hour runs but rather shorter runs that equal to the same distance.
04:16 - !J.O.O.E.! My diet was terrible, though under 2500 calories. And I've never been overweight. Well within my BMI.
Spanish symphonic metal act Diabulus In Musica has announced the departure of bassist Álex Sanz, drummer Xabier Jareño and guitarist Adrián M. Vallejo from the band. The departure has been known for some time, and the members cite musical direction as the cause.
Vocalist Zuberoa Aznárez commented: "We are very sad to announce the departure of Adrián, Álex and Xabi from Diabulus In Musica. The only reason is that they don't feel so excited about this music style anymore, so we cannot do anything but respect and understand this decision. Their last show with DIM will be at the release party of Itzalen Sua on November 30th.
Anyway, this is not the end! We knew this decision since a few months now, so we have been working with new awesome musicians to continue playing shows and making new music, thenů Be ready for more powerful symphonic & modern metal in the future! We will introduce the new members on January 10th, when we will play another show to present the project Itzalen Sua in Azpeitia."
For those who don't know what Itzalen Sua is about: DIM has written the soundtrack for an illustrated book about Basque mythology under a modern and original perspective. The photographer Xanti Rodriguez has turned some famous people from the Basque Country into some of the most important Gods and Godesses from our ancient Basque legends.
