Australian extreme metallers Portal have been hard at work crafting their new album, which the band revealed now is due to hit the stores on February 19th, 2013 under Profound Lore. It has been nearly three years since the release of their previous effort Swarth.
Mainman Horror Illogium talked about the new album: "Death metal is very special when done right, before it became over polished and lost all of its spirit. We simply intended to spend more time on getting the songs as tight and effective as possible," and described their new effort as "progressively uglier at times, more dreadful at others."

Yeah, that's what they all say. |

| Awesome; I want to listen to this. Portal is an amazing band that doesn't want to fit any molds. Their last album, Swarth, was pretty great. I have it on CD. |
