The Russian band Kauan has announced that the recording process for their new album has been stopped temporarily due to an equipment issue. The band's fifth record will be exclusively released through Blood Music in early 2013.
Kauan stated that they are facing troubles with a piece of equipment (the guitar which was apparently sent to the USA for repairs) being confiscated by the US customs. While the band has to pay a reasonable amount for the custom fees to sort this out, they have stated that they would appreciate any kind of donations from the fans, giving them the chance to have their names listed as supporters on the album if they provide the band with 25 US dollars or more. This will be done with the label's agreement.
Go to the band's Facebook page to get the details.

Well at least this is somewhat legitimate, I had MX gear come up from the states that was confiscated, cost me $60 to pick up from customs. |

We're just trying to halt the ever growing Canadian Motocross terrorist threat. Can't blame us. |
