Death metallers Torture Killer released their last album back in 2009, Sewers. The band also released the three-song EP I Chose Death last year but a new album is coming and the Finns will enter the studio today to start the recordings with Santeri Salmi for a tentative March/April release.

The band posted the following update on their Facebook page: "Tomorrow, January 4th 2013, we start recording our fourth full-length album. Santeri Salmi is coming here tomorrow and we will start tracking the drums in Noisecamp Studios (Turku). We were very pleased with the sound we got with him for our I Chose Death EP and I'm sure we are able to tweak things here and there to make this sound even better. Going into the studio has never felt this relaxed. We have 9 songs on the list, we'll see if all of them end up being on the album. No title yet, we will let you know once that is set."
