Philadelphia's technical death metallers Fisthammer, who released their debut offering Devour All You See last year through Horror Pain Gore Death Productions, have checked in to announce that the band will be recording a new album this year.

The band offered the following announcement: "It's been awhile since we've made any announcements regarding new material, and I think today is as good as any! A little over a year ago, we released Devour All You See, and have been humbled by the enormous amount of positive feedback."

"As we prepare for a massive amount of touring this year, we are also excited to go back into the studio to record a 2nd album. To make this all possible, we are creating a kick-starter campaign to hopefully achieve all of our goals. The goal is not only to record an album, but to promote it well, and to tour our asses off."

"Along with the many incentives we will be offering. We are currently recording TWO songs that will appear on the next album, and will be available to you for a small donation. More details about this will be told soon. Until then, please check out all of our March tour dates with Sacrificial Slaughter and Master, as well our solo dates. Some still need booking! We look forward to partying with all of you on the road!"
