Passages Into Deformity was recorded at Soundlodge Studios in Germany with guest vocal appearances by Frank Rini (Internal Bleeding), AJ Magana (ex-Defeated Sanity, Disgorge), and Brian Forgue (Syphilic, Gutrot) and sound effects performed by Jon Engman (ex-Brodequin).
