Portuguese post metallers Catacombe went on a hiatus after the release of their latest studio album Kinetic (2010) but have now announced their return with a new album this year. The recording sessions are already under way.

The band shared this brief message: "After a 3 years hiatus, we're back to studio to record the successor of Kinetic! Our 3rd record should be out in the fall; until then you can follow us and reminisce on http://catacombeofficial.bandcamp.com! Thanks a lot for all the support!"
