After releasing the song "Scream" from their new album Generation Nothing, American thrashers Metal Church have posted online the album's title track for streaming as well. You can hear it below right now. Does it mark the return to the band's classic metal sound as they promised? This Present Wasteland (2008) had been their last album. The band announced a reunion last year and wrote a new record that is now being showcased.

Generation Nothing will be released on October 22nd, 2013 via Rat Pak Records.

Sounds a lot like Overkill, which isn't a bad thing.

Metal Church > Overkill to me, so that's not good. I wanna know why Munroe started trying to sound like David Wayne all of a sudden. I liked his regular singing voice better, maybe he is losing it? Anyway, don't get me wrong, Overkill and David Wayne (RIP brother) kick ass, not dumping on them, but this is disappointing.
