Kataklysm - Premiere New Video

Death metallers Kataklysm promised that their new video would be the most brutal yet. The video is for the new track "Elevate", it was filmed in Serbia back in August and was produced by director Ivan Colic from iCode Productions (Ex Deo, Soilwork, Moonspell, Alestorm, Kamelot). Ivan Colic previously worked with Kataklysm frontman Maurizio Iacono on the "Push The Venom" video. Needless to say, this is also a chance to hear another song from the forthcoming Waiting For The End To Come.

Mastermind Maurizio commented: "This year Halloween comes earlier with Kataklysm with the release of our new video for the song 'Elevate' (taken from the new album Waiting For The End To Come), the video clip was loads of fun to film with our great friend Ivan in Serbia from ICODE FILMS, the make up scenes were awesome, the dedication to detail from the entire crew was great from start to finish, the idea behind this production was to bring the artwork to life as much as possible, the song deals with the transition between life and death and the process of death coming to earth to claim a life.. since we knew the record was coming out a day before Halloween, we decided to make it creepy and add some blood for flavor, enjoy and spread it!"

The new record drops on October 25th (Europe), October 28th (UK) and October 29th (North America) via Nuclear Blast. Check out other songs "Like Animals" and "Kill The Elite".

That song clearly didn"t fulfill the promise
also, i think the drum mixing is shit, having a slow snare turned up that much louder than the rest takes a lot of energy from the song

Haha, that's like saying "compose your own Metal album and upload it here, instead of writing a review of an album".

Funnily I actually like the main melody, but they still owe us the epic riffs and the blastbeats... No Kataklysm resurrection here...

Liked it more than the other two shitty tracks, but that isn't saying much. In The Arms of Devastation definitely was the last decent thing they did and no hope these guys will come up with something interesting anymore.
And zombies ? Really ? Boring overdone concept for boring overdone music I guess.
