Persuader - New Album Details, Teaser Online

Persuader fans have been waiting a long time for a new album since 2006's When Eden Burns but today the band has revealed more about their new release and that will hopefully ease some hearts. The fourth Persuader album The Fiction Maze will be released in Europe on January 17th and in North America on January 21st through Inner Wound Recordings. Avalon/Marquee will release the album in Japan on December 25th. The cover artwork and tracklist are also available now. Furthermore, you can listen to a preview of some new tunes as well.

Persuader describes the sound of the new album: "A lot of hard work was put into creating the perfect mix of everything we've done so far. We've expanded on the Persuader sound while keeping true to the core that is the band; heavy riffing, strong melodies, pounding rhythms and soaring vocals."

The mixing and mastering was handled by Ronnie Björnström [Aeon, Apostasy, Bone Gnawer].

Very old school Blind Guardian, probably the Savage Circus influence.
