Rhapsody Of Fire - Release New Video

Rhapsody Of Fire are premiering a new video today, for the title track of their newest album Dark Wings Of Steel, the band's first album released under AFM Records (read what we think about it here). You can enjoy the video below.

Trivia: we haven't had a Rhapsody Of Fire video in almost four years, since the last one was for the track "Sea Of Fate" off 2010's The Frozen Tears Of Angels.

Do you like what you see?

I really thought this was going to be terrible, however its not bad at all. Good song, decent video.

I love the lack of CGI in this video, but ironically I still think Dark fate of Atlantis was more entertaining.

Their guitarist could at least pretend that he is enjoying himself.

I can only imagine how difficult it is to replace a Luca Turilli from your roster,I thought the album was a decent addition to their discography considering. It certainly does lack the neo-classical elements I enjoy so much but I still like it. Luca Turilli is winning the Rhapsody battle I'd say,so far anwyay. Can't wait for Prometheus!

DWOS Is a good new beginning for the band, but is a bad album for a band with their career. I hope the next one will be better and the guitars will be more varied than in this one (in moments the band sounded way generic IMHO).

The video itself is quite nice. As for the song... It's already 10 years since I've given up to listen to a new inspiring music from this band, which was once one of my favourites.

I am the only one hearing some Symfony X in this (the guitar parts I mean) ?
Sounds more interesting than most of the material they released in years.

I like how camera is rarely showing the face of the guy who is playing the guitar.

This video is almost convincing enough to give the album another try.

Right on, the guitar riffs sounds a lot like Michael Romeo.
