Mayhem - Announce European Shows


After showing us their new single "Psywar", still available here, Norwegian black metal instigators Mayhem have announced a string of European shows for May. You can see all the dates below as well as the flyer. It's the band's 30th anniversary and the new full-length studio album Esoteric Warfare is also coming on May 23rd (May 27th in North America). It will be a busy year.

Also, bear in mind that this is the first leg of the European tour. There will be a second leg in Europe later on.

I really don't know how the concerts work but I'd be happy if they play some stuff from Ordo Ad Chao. Their new track was also promising, although I did expect something more extreme in its weirdness. In the other words, I see no sign of disappointment.

Musical tastes aside, MAyhem aren't a good live band - sometimes bordering on extremaly lame - and that isn't due to setlist choice.
That said, do go to that show, oand many others. That's the way to do it

Agree that Mayhem suck very hard live. No matter how good they are in studio, and how good the setlist is. They always dissapoint (at least for the last couple of years), but still stocked for new album
