Vader are on a roll! After revealing us their brand new single, today the Polish death metal machine reveal the cover that will grace their new album Tibi Et Igni as well as the song titles. The artwork was handled this time by Joe Petagno (Motörhead). See the cover below and tell us what you think about it.

Vader mastermind Piotr states: "Joe is a Legend! Not just because he created Motörhead logo or breathtaking artworks for many outstanding albums. Joe is over all times and his imagination touches the Hell itself... And this is enough reason to ask him for painting 'a Hellfire' for Vader's new music. He accepted it and... made me so proud!"

Joe Petagno adds: "They have been on my 'get in touch' list for years. Finally we managed it and for a Killer album very appropriately titled: Tibi Et Igni."

Goddamn, that art is even worse than the one for the single
Can we have something like this again please?

Petagno's been in the metal artwork biz for a long time. He's the guy that created Motorhead's "Snaggletooth," pretty iconic stuff.

This cover looks pretty cool to me.

Was just thinking this looked very familiar... then I see "By Joe Petagno" beneath the image.
Very nice.
I thought their artwork was getting to be too much about a sort of sculptural look, with too much focus on a single "scary" object, and now it's kind of an evil scene, like classic death metal should be.

Vader often has some of the best art on their releases.
