Evergrey - New Album Title, Tracklist And Release Date
It's been three years since the release of Evergrey's last album Glorious Collision (2011). After signing with AFM records earlier this year, the band announced they would be releasing their ninth album before the end of the year. They entered the studio at the dawn of April and with production just about wrapped up, the announcement has arrived in the form of a 55 second video. The title of the new album is Hymns For The Broken and it will be released on September 26th!
The new release will be a concept album with a playing time of 1 hour and 1 minute, featuring 11 songs:

02. A New Dawn
03. Wake A Change
04. Archaic Rage
05. Barricades
06. Black Undertow
07. The Fire
08. Hymns For The Broken
09. Missing You
10. The Grand Collapse
11. The Aftermath

Definitely going to check it out, but my expectations couldn't be lower at this point. Their last three albums were sub-par, especially Torn which was a complete flop.

I must be a strange fan of theirs because I liked Monday Morning Apocalypse. I also liked every other album they ever released. I can't wait for this one.
