Swedish melodic death metal band The Duskfall from Luleå are back! Their new opus Where The Tree Stands Dead which was mastered by Ahti Kortelainen (Sonata Arctica, Moonsorrow, Sentenced) marks the band's return to the scene after seven years of silence and delivers all the strengths of the Swedish metallers. Mikael Sandorf also stated: "This CD is the result of us having fun again as a band. Can't remember the last time music brought me this much laughter. Some of you wanted Kai back on vocals and he was asked in the past but he was not interested. We looked especially on 2 aspects when we searched for a new vocalist. 1. He should be a great vocalist and a nice guy. 2. He should be able to play live with us and deliver the music to you, our fans, from a stage. This is the result of our journey back from silence. I hope to see you guys on the road!"

The album comes out on November 21st in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, November 24th in the rest of Europe and December 2nd in North America through Apostasy Records.
