German heavy metal band Dragonsfire is mourning the loss of their bassist and vocalist Torsten Thassilo Herbert (he used to play in Dark Fortress as well). The band recently released their new EP Metal X. Dragonsfire didn't reveal the cause of death. R.I.P.

The band posted this statement: "Dear friends and fans, we are in deep mourning! On 08/01/2015 our friend died, singer and bassist Torsten Thassilo Herbert. We cannot even grasp, but it's the sad truth. Our condolences go to the family in the first place. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, 01/14/2015 at 11:00 clock at the cemetery in Stockstadt am Rhein. Thassilo - we miss you! In deep mourning, your band Dragonsfire."
