Keep Of Kalessin - Entire New Album Streaming Online


Extreme metallers Keep Of Kalessin are finally releasing their new album Epistemology five years after they released Reptilian. The good news today is that the entire release is already streaming online. Their long awaited new release will be available on digital services and in stores on February 16th via Indie Recordings and they have decided to let fans in on the album beforehand. Not heard it yet. Introspection was good, but Thebon was an awesome vocalist. Shame he got screwed out the band.

Really missing Thebon in what ive heard so far not sure who told Obsidian he was a worthy replacement cause Im not feeling it. Perhaps after a few more listens it will start to grow on me but its kinda like nails on a chalkboard right now. Beyond that the music feels kinda rehashed from previous songs. All in all first impressions are quite dissapointing

From what I gather he didn't exactly get "screwed" so much as he disappeared for months on end without informing the band of his whereabouts.

That being said, gave it a quick listen. Sort of like what I hear, riff-wise. Those clean vocals are making me cringe, though.
