Jag Panzer - Recording New Song
You might remember that Colorado metallers Jag Panzer disbanded back in 2011. However, the group will enter the studio next weekend to record vocals for a new song, featuring the band's original singer Harry "The Tyrant" Conklin. Writing on his Facebook page yesterday (March 15th), Jag Panzer guitarist Mark Briody said: "Studio booked next weekend for vocal tracks for new Jag Panzer song. This song came out really good, and Harry's got some killer vocals lines for it."
Jag Panzer announced in August 2014 that they were looking for a new vocalist. However, it now appears that Conklin has rejoined the group.
In December 2014, the band posted on Facebook: "To our fans: we haven't named the new singer yet, we're down to a few candidates that we like. Should be making a decision soon. We want a singer for the shows, new album, everything. To help move the band forward in all areas - live, the album, doing press, etc. As we want someone to be an equal member of Jag Panzer not someone just helping us with some gigs."
The band will also perform at the Bang Your Head!!! festival this summer.
So, maybe we will get the follow-up to The Scourge Of The Light at some point?
