Panopticon - Austin L. Lunn Launches New Record Label

American atmospheric black metal band Panopticon main man Austin L. Lunn has some news to share. He has started a small record label with his brother-in-law to release vinyl reissues of albums they love. This label is not for profit and every cent made goes back into releasing more albums by underground bands. You can get to know the label Lost Forty Recordings here. They already have three releases in the pipeline.

Austin explained: "For European folk: We know the postal costs a a lot. That is unfortunately what it typically costs for us when we buy records over seas as well... after packaging and postal fees, it ends up being a bit of money. We are looking for European distribution for the records and we will keep you updated on that. Cheers!"

Here are their first three releases if you are interested: Waldgeflüster Femundsmarka double LP (gatefold), Falls Of Rauros Hail Wind And Hewn Oak double LP, and Thrawsunblat Canada 2010 single LP. Ship dates haven't been confirmed for these, but the records and shirts will go out at the same time.
