Arch Enemy - Release Video For 2015 Version Of 'Stolen Life'

Arch Enemy are releasing a new digital single. Right before the metal titans kick off their next European tour tomorrow in France, the band has just released a new video for a brand new version of a song that was originally released on the 2014 album, War Eternal. This new version, "Stolen Life (2015 Version)", has the distinction of featuring additional lead/solo parts of their new guitarist Jeff Loomis! As for the video, it was directed and produced by Carlos Toro V. (Abysmo Films) and filmed in Chile during their recent Latin America tour in early 2015. How do you like this version of the track?

Arch Enemy founder and guitarist Michael Amott comments: "I can't believe it's been almost a year since we released the War Eternal album! Time flies when you're having fun huh?! We're just starting up our summer tour here in Europe and there's still a long way to go - we're booked up till Christmas! There has been such an amazing reaction to the new music and lineup and it is really keeping us motivated. Having Jeff Loomis out with us on the road is fantastic. A fine player and a true gentleman. I'm super happy that he could throw down a couple of leads on this new exciting version of 'Stolen Life', it really adds some new fire to the song. On our recent tour in Latin America we had the opportunity to film a video for our new single. It was a really good experience working with the talented Abysmo team and I'm more than happy with the end result! I look forward to seeing you all out there on the road..."

You can grab "Stolen Life (2015 Version)" here or over here.

Haha, that's like saying "compose your own Metal album and upload it here, instead of writing a review of an album".

I don't understand the hatred of Arch Enemy. Granted, they are not what they used to be, but still a great band nonetheless. Angela was one of my favorite death metal growlers of all time, although I believe Alissa is very capable as well.

...and with all due respect to Johan Liiva who I think is fantastic, I would love to hear a re-recording of the first two albums with the current lineup.

They basically got tired and boring.

In your opinion. They still have a lot of fans.
