Swedish metallers Apathy were forced to change their name to Apathy Noir because of a legal issue. You can get their discography now here under the new name.

Mainman Viktor Jonas wrote: "Due to legal issues I am forced to change the name of my band. I will update you as soon as I have more information! I have decided to temporarily close down my official website, as well as my Bandcamp site until I have resolved this issue. I have to come up with a new graphic profile and edit all my cover artwork. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand."

He added later: "Seems like the legal issue have been solved. In the coming days I will work on my new graphical profile, updating my website and start promoting the new album. All my music that has been available on digital distribution platforms will be taken down which I don't have any objection to. I am free to distribute my music under the name Apathy Noir on all digital platforms, but I can't promise when or if I will do that. I will use Bandcamp as my primary site for distributing my music from now on. Thanks for your support and understanding!"
